An abstract oil on canvas piece - 2012

This is actually the very first piece of work I painted. Although perhaps not to everyone's taste it feels like it holds a lot of memories and a special place for me. I only started painting abstract work last year, prior to that I'd never picked up a paint brush in my life (well, that probably shows ). I really only do these because I enjoy making them so much but I thought I would upload some of the work just to see what feedback I could get and thought perhaps it might compliment my photography as well.
